15. Programming of Neutral and Full Throttle Positions
If the vehicle does not stop calmly in the neutral position (middle position) of the control lever, you can correct the
trimmingforthedrivingfunctionatthetransmitter.Ifthetrimpathisnotsufcient(orifthetrimisalreadyalmostatthe
end of the trim path) you can reprogram the neutral position and the full throttle positions for forward/reverse driving.
Proceed as follows:
• Switch on the transmitter, but leave the control lever (2) in the neutral position (middle position). Put the trimming
for driving into the centre position.
• Connect a drive battery to the vehicle and switch on the vehicle. The blue LED at the receiver must now be lit.
• Keep the binding button (10) at the receiver pushed until the sound generator emits a long beep. The LED (11)
goes out.
• Let go of the control lever on the transmitter so that it is in the neutral position (middle position).
• Brieypushthebindingbutton(10);abeepisemitted.Theneutralpositionisnowsaved.
• Move the control lever at the transmitter to full throttle for forwards driving, pull it towards the handle and hold it
there.
Attention!
If you do not move the transmitter control lever during the programming process or do not move it far
enough, the vehicle might respond to even slight movements of the transmitter control lever or become
uncontrollable. In that case, repeat programming.
• Brieypushthebindingbutton(10)atthereceiver;abeepisemitted.Thefullthrottlepositionforforwarddriving
is stored.
• Move the control lever to full throttle for reverse driving, push it away from the handle to the stop.
• Brieypushthebindingbutton(10)atthereceiver;abeepisemitted.Thefullthrottlepositionforreversedriving
is stored.
• Let go of the control lever so that it is again in the neutral position (middle position). The receiver emits a long beep
and is ready for operation again.
If three beeps are emitted, programming has not been completed correctly. Then proceed again as de-
scribed above.
