14. The Function Setting Menu „Function“
Thespecicsettingsfortherespectivemodelsaremadeinthefunctionsetupmenu.Themenuitemsavailableinthe
function setup menu depends on which model type was selected in the system setup menu.
These instructions will only deal with the setting options that are relevant in connection with the helicopter
„HCP80 3D“.
The designations of the different control functions in the helicopter programming are partially assumed from the plane
model settings and have the following functions:
AILE = rolling function, ELEV = nodding function, THRO = throttle function, RUDD = tail function
To get to the function settings menu, switch the transmitter on
with the on/off switch and push the button „SELECT“. The dis-
play shows the two main menus „Function“ and „System“.
The menu „Function“ already has a black background and can
be called by pushing the „SELECT“ button again.

The following setting functions are available for you in the
system setting menu:

Servo direction setting „1: REVERSE“
Servoenddeectionsetting „2:EPA“
Basic trim „3: SUB TRIM“
Dual rate/exponential setting „4: D/R“
Throttle switching „5: TH HOLD“
Gyro sensitivity setting „6: GYRO SEN“
Throttle curve setting „7: TH CURV“
Pitch curve setting „8: PIT CURV“
Swash plate servo settings „9: SWASH MIX“
Pitch/tail mixer „10: REVO MIX“
Mixer programming „11: PRO MIX1“
Mixer programming „12: PRO MIX2“
Timer „13: TIMER“
Servo control/test „14: MONITOR“
To leave the function setting menu again and to return to the operating system, push the button „CLEAR“
twice.
