Q3: Can't connect wifi or open the app.
A3: Please find the app QR code on setting menu: product setting-app
download.
Turn the WiFi on(Turn the wifi menu on or long press the UP button to
turn on),and find the WLAN on your phone and link it
(password:12345678 or check it on the screen on dash cam).
Please remember to turn off the VPN, security software and
anti-virus APP of your mobile phone, otherwise you will not be able to
connect to wifi.
We have tested almost all common smartphones with Android, ios
system on the market. If there still has problems connecting to the
app, please feel free to contact us. We will give technical support.
Q4: Connected to wifi, but it says unable to access the network.
A4: That's because this WiFi is a hub-type WiFi, which can only be
used to transmit data, but has no Internet access function. That is to
say, after the WiFi connection, it will show that there is no network.
But the APP can be used normally.
Q5: Why doesn't WiFi turn on automatically?
A5: Let me explain to you why we set the wifi to need to be turned on
manually instead of automatically turning on the wifi as soon as it is
turned on. Since many mobile phones on the market are
single-channel mobile phones, the SIM card cannot be used after
connecting to WiFi. We are worried that the automatic opening and
connection of WiFi will cause some customers' mobile phones to be
unable to use 3/4G and miss important information.
Q6: video playback freezes.
A6: It is because the 4K video file is too large and takes time to load. It
is recommended to download the video and watch it.
Q7: Download video failed.
A7: The high probability is that you set the video to 3 minutes or 5
minutes, the video file is too large and it quits in the middle of the
download. It is recommended that you set the video to 1 minute.
