Dualheat Combination Boiler
Dualheat is an electric combi-boiler
that provides domestic hot water – and
powers ‘wet’ radiator systems.
It combines the convenience of low-cost
electricity, where available, with the
comfort of radiator heating.
Dualheat
unvented units can be sited almost
anywhere as it has no external flue, no
fumes, no noise and no need for a
space-wasting hot water cylinder. With
few moving parts, maintenance is
minimal. Unvented models supply hot
water at mains pressure.

• The boiler shall be constructed from extra long life
copper forming both the spherical hot water vessel and
central heating supply vessel. It shall be insulated with
CFC free PU hard foam to reduce standing heat losses
• The boiler shall be designed such that the domestic hot
water vessel shall have a capacity of 47 litres and
central heating supply vessel a capacity of 129 litres
(9kW), 703 litres (12kW) with all plumbing
connections at 22mm
• The boiler shall be designed such that it is capable of
providing both hot water and central heating when
connected to a low cost peak avoidance tariff and that
central heating heat up response is within 2 minutes
• The boiler shall be supplied with installation accessories
required to install the unit as standard, those being a
tundish, temperature and pressure relief device
• The boiler should be approved by BEAB for electrical
safety, WRAS for connection to mains water systems
and CE compliant to the low voltage directive and
electro magnetic compatibility directive
• The water heater shall have a 2 year manufacturer’s
