Installation:
• For installation of the LWSS range, mains water supply
is essential. The unit requires a minimum 2bar water
pressure for use with a 22mm copper or 25mm MDPE
service for single bath/shower applications.
•
For greater demand, 3bar pressure is required.
• LWSS units will fit through a standard 600mm wide
door frame and require a floor area of 600mm x
650mm to accommodate pipework.
• Electrical connections are located on the front of the
unit, to the right of centre, significantly reducing the
risk of electrical faults if a leak should occur.
Service:
• An annual service of each unit is essential. The
diagnostic gauge located on the cold water inlet pipe
allows the inlet pressure to be easily read to make
servicing simple.
Inlet pressure should be 3bar at cold fill.
• The pressure and temperature relief valve and the
expansion vessel should be checked annually.

• The LWSS range of water heaters incorporates a high
grade austenitic 316L material which is widely used in
the chemical, medical, nuclear, pharmaceutical and
food industries – it is ideally suited to hot water storage.
No anode is contained within the units and each one is
lightweight, insulated with CFC-free PU hard foam for
reduced heat losses and cased for easy cleaning
• Each unit features 2 x 3kw immersion heaters to gain
maximum benefit from ‘off-peak’ tariffs. The provision
of all ancillary components makes installation simple
and cost-effective
• The LWSS range boasts a high flow rate making it
ideal for the supply of hot water for power shower
performance without a pump
• Each unit includes a self-diagnostic pressure gauge
allowing easy servicing of the unit and instant
diagnosis of any problems

• The LWSS range of water heaters incorporates a high
grade austenitic 316L stainless steel material –
which is widely used in the chemical, medical,
nuclear, pharmaceutical and food industries – is
ideally suited to hot water storage. Servicing is kept to
a minimum as no anode is contained within the
cylinder. Each unit is also lightweight, insulated with
