even simpler.

ensure a safe maximum dispensing temperature for hot

• The heater shall be designed to provide mains
pressurised hot water for up to 4 outlets allowing both
hot and cold water supplies to be balanced
• The heater shall minimise the standing heat losses by
means of superior thermal insulation and by means of
being sited close to the outlets
• The heater shall be constructed so as not to require a
temperature and pressure relief device reducing
installation costs
• The heater shall provide water temperature
adjustments to 70°C and incorporate an over-
temperature cut out
• The heater shall incorporate an integral neon indicator
illuminating when the heater is energised
• The heater shall be provided with a 15mm inlet and
outlet connection and a mounting pack
• The water heater shall be approved by BEAB for
electrical safety, WRAS for connection to mains water
systems and CE compliant to the low voltage directive
and electro magnetic compatibility directive
• The water heater shall have a 1 year manufacturer’s
guarantee for UK use
