Locate the top and bottom tracks (A), install the locking pin (F). Make sure your locking pins are facing the desired side of your fixed panel (left or right). 2 Attach your top/bottom tracks to your side rails (B). Ensure that your finished sides are all facing the same direction.
4 Move the assembled frame into position on the threshold, push the side rails tight to the walls to compensate for any out-of-plumb conditions. Push the bottom rail down tight to the threshold and adjust the frame to a vertical position. After confirming your position with a level, mark your wall through the frames pre-drilled holes. 5 6 Remove your frame from the shower enclosure and drill into your pre-marked holes. Insert anchors (K) into the wall.
To lock your frame in place, install locking pins (O) into all four corners. Note: Your top and bottom tracks may have extra space at the opposite sides, this is normal since it allows for shower enclosure tolerance. 8 Slide the fixed panel into the side rail and use locking pins (F) to hold in place. Note: Later on you may remove the locking pin (F) to adjust final placement of the fixed panel.
Install top (D) and bottom (E) rollers by sliding them onto pre-mounted roller mount. Note: Make sure to position the correct roller in its location (top and bottom). 10 From inside the shower, first insert the top rollers. Insert bottom rollers by pushing the button on the rollers, which will allow you to insert into the bottom track.
Set screws on top rollers will allow for glass door adjustment. 12 Using the Allen key provided, install your door stops into the top and bottom tracks.
Measure and cut your door seals (H) and insert into top and bottom tracks. 14 From the inside of the shower, install the fixed panel side strip (C) wedging in between the fixed panel and the side rail. Now install the side rail cover (I) into the open space on the opposite rail.
Install the door handle (N) as seen in the illustration. 16 Install your Door Splash Guard (L) and Fixed Panel Splash Guard (P) as shown in the illustration.
Install the shorter Fixed Panel Splash Guard (M) onto the inside of the fixed panel. 18 Proceed to install the Top Rail Caps (G) as illustrated.
Apply some silicone to the outside edge of the shower enclosure (between the wall profiles and wall, and between the frame and the shower pan) to ensure a waterproof seal. After installation, allow 24 hours for silicone to cure before being used.
