. All-purpose, medium strength
threadlocker. Ideal for all nut and bolt applications 1/4" to
3/4". Eliminates the need for stocking expensive lock nuts
and lock washers. Locks and seals while preventing parts
loosening due to vibration. Protects threads from corrosion.
Removable with hand tools for easy disassembly. Conforms
to ASTM D 5363 AN0321 (MIL-S-46163A, Type II, Grade
N). Suggested Applications: Valve cover bolts, water pump
bolts, oil pan bolts, drive shaft bolts, rocker arm adjustment
nuts and carburetor studs..

Permatex® Permanent Strength Threadlocker

Compound
Dual Purpose. A permanent, high strength product
that is applied to fasteners 3/8" to 1" in size before
assembly. Designed for securing parts must
withstand heavy shock, vibration, or extreme
chemical or environmental conditions. Also, used
for sealing and securing cylindrical metal
assemblies. Localized heating and hand tools are
required to separate parts.
Conforms to ASTM D5363
AN0331 (MIL-S-46163A, Type II, Grade O). Suggested
Applications: Assembly with air tools, cylinder block bolts,
ring gear bolts, transmission shaft bolts; engine block cup
and core plugs, water pump seals, hub and shaft assemblies.

duty applications 3/8" to 1". Especially well-suited for
permanently locking studs and press fits. Adds 3,000 PSI
holding power on slip and press fit assemblies.. Replaces
set screws and snap rings. Locks against vibration
loosening. May require heat or special tools for removal.
Conforms to ASTM D5363 AN0221 (MIL-S-46163A,
Type I, Grade K). Suggested Applications: Cylinder block
and rocker arm studs, ring gear bolts and frame shock
absorber bolts.

Threadlocker Green

. A low viscosity threadlocking liquid that
wicks along the threads of preassembled fasteners to secure
them in place. Since it is applied after assembly, preventive
maintenance procedures are simplified. Ideal for fasteners
ranging from #2 to 1/2" in size. Localized heating and hand
tools are needed for disassembly. Conforms to ASTM
D5363 AN0261 (Mil-S-46163A, Type III, Grade R).
Suggested Applications: Bolts on alternators, air
conditioning belts and distributor clamps, carburetor
adjustment screws and hairline cracks.

Thread Sealant

tapered pipe thread fittings, it replaces Teflon® tape and
pipe dopes. Cures rapidly to withstand up to 10,000 PSI.
Prevents galling and protects mated threaded areas from
rust and corrosion. Contains PTFE. Suggested Applications:
Stainless steel fittings, head bolts into through holes, oil PSI
sending units/sensors, oil and coolant lines, intake manifold
switches, rear axle fill plug and fuel fittings.
