The REDARC Low Coolant Alarm can be used in a 12

or 24 volt automotive system or remote water pumping

system to monitor radiator coolant levels.

It will provide a visual and audible alarm if the coolant

falls below the chosen level or if the pump loses priming.

A warning will be given if a sudden loss of coolant

occurs from a burst radiator hose, for example, alerting

you to switch off the engine, to prevent damage due to

overheating.

Operation LCA1224 standard installation The REDARC Low Coolant Alarm (LCA1224) is used in a 12 or 24 volt automotive system to monitor radiator coolant levels and provides a visual and audible alarm if the coolant falls below the chosen level. It will give warning of a sudden loss of coolant (eg from a burst radiator hose) allowing the operator to stop the vehicle and switch off the engine, to prevent any damage due to overheating.
