INSTALLATION

STEP 6

1 × M6 Flanged Nylon Locking Nut

1 × Short Tag Bolt

Insert the Short Tag Bolt through same large

rectangular hole as the Long Tag Bolt.

Feed the threaded end of the tag bolt out through the

small rectangular hole in the middle of the support

upright, then ﬁt 1 × supplied M6 ﬂanged nut.

STEP 7

Tighten all fasteners, including headlamp upper nut loosened at Step 4.

STEP 8

To complete the installation use a suitable REDARC Fuse Kit and follow the instructions as per the BCDC

Instruction Manual.

STEP 9

Reﬁt all trims and fasteners.

PERIODIC MAINTENANCE/CHECKS

Check the BCDC is clear of combustibles during regular servicing of the vehicle. Build-up of combustible

materials around the bracket and BCDC may result in a ﬁre hazard.
