Step 1
• Re-install the grille by pushing the 6 lower plastic retainer clips in place. The
grille will now be held to the bumper.
Step 2
• Align the 4 plastic clips at the top and re-install the Phillips head screw removed
in Step 2 of D-MAX Trim Removal on Page 4.
TRIM REFITTING - HOLDEN COLORADO RG
Step 1
• Re-install steel top panel by reversing the process outlined in Step 3 of Colorado
Trim Removal on Page 5.
Step 2
• Re-install the 8x Torx screws and 6 x M6 Bolts to fasten the steel panel in
place. Ensure the factory bolts are torqued to the vehicle manufacturers
specifications.
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE/CHECKS
Check the BCDC is clear of combustibles during regular servicing of the vehicle. Build-
up of combustible materials around the bracket may result in a fire hazard.
