Step 4
• Align the BCDC bracket assembly
with the latch mounting holes.
Mount in place using the factory
M6 bolts removed in Step 3.
Step 5
• Using the supplied M6 x 20mm
Hex Head Bolt and M6 Flanged
Nylon Locking Nut, mount the
lower foot on the hole where the
wiring harness was previously
connected.
Step 6
• Tighten the M6 bolt to 7.5 Nm. Ensure the factory bolts are torqued to the
vehicle manufacturers specifications.
Damage to cabling can cause failure of BCDC and vehicle electrical systems.
Ensure wiring is clear of sharp edges and moving parts, and have enough slack to
allow for flexing.
