Step 1
• Fit the BCDC unit to the mounting
bracket using the four M6x12 Pan
Head Bolts and M6 Nylon Locking
Nuts. Note: You may want to carry
out any additional wiring for the
BCDC before fitting to vehicle.
Step 2
• Fit the suitable REDARC Fuse Kit (FK40 or FK60) as close as possible to battery
according to the REDARC BCDC Instruction Manual.
BCDC1220 - Use FK40
BCDC1225D - Use FK40
BCDC1240D, 1250D - Use FK60
Step 3
• Remove the 2 M6 factory bolts
holding the bonnet latch and unclip
the plastic wiring harness tab from
the latch support upright.
Removing factory fitted screws may
expose bare metal resulting in rust.
Retouch any exposed metal with
paint.
INSTALLATION
