THE BCDC MOUNTING BRACKET The REDARC BCDC Mounting Bracket is designed to install your BCDC in the cool airflow at the front of your vehicle, away from high temperature areas for maximum performance. The BCDC Mounting Bracket is constructed from durable stainless steel and has been designed to fit existing mounting points in your vehicle for ease of installation.

INSTALLATION Step 1 • Cut out the paper template provided. Place this on the radiator cover panel and mark the hole centres indicated. Place template with arrow toward engine STEP 1 Cut template around solid outline STEP 2 Align template edge with lever hole STEP 3 Mark hole centres and drill with M8 drill bit Step 2 • Remove 8 plastic clips from the radiator cover panel. Step 3 • Remove radiator cover from the vehicle and drill out the holes now marked.
INSTALLATION Step 4 • Fit the BCDC unit to the mounting bracket using the M6x12 Pan Head Bolts and M6 Locking Nuts. Step 5 • Remove the passenger side bolt from the bonnet catch. Loosely fit the BCDC mounting bracket assembly by re-installing the bolt. Removing factory fitted screws may expose bare metal resulting in rust. Retouch any exposed metal with rust inhibitor if it is not an earth connection.
INSTALLATION Step 7 • Fit M8 bolt with flat washer and Nylon locking nut to the grille support mount. Complete BCDC wiring. Damage to cabling can cause failure of BCDC and vehicle electrical systems. Ensure wiring is clear of sharp edges and moving parts, and have enough slack to allow for flexing. Step 8 • Tighten the bolts to secure the BCDC mounting bracket. Ensure all factory fasteners are tightened correctly to the vehicle manufacturers torque specifications.
