Step 4.1

• Sit the charger assembly on the

radiator support panel and align

the lower mounting foot hole.

Fasten the mounting foot using the

provided M6x12 Pan Head bolt and

Nylon locking nut.

Damage to cabling can cause

failure of BCDC and vehicle

electrical systems. Ensure wiring

is clear of sharp edges and moving

parts, and have enough slack to

allow for ﬂexing.

Step 4.2

• Use the provided M6x20 and

M8x20 Hex Head bolts with the

ﬂanged Nylon locking nuts to

fasten the bracket to the radiator

support panel.

• Tighten the M6 bolts to 7.5 Nm

and the M8 bolt to 15Nm.
