If the computer software programs or documentation provided under this
license agreement are to be utilized in contracts with or on behalf of the
United States of America, its agencies, or its instrumentalities (the
"Government"), they shall be considered and treated as "commercial
computer software", as that term is defined in the Department of
Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement ("DFARS") Subpart
227.72. If the Government is the licensee, it shall have only the rights
specified in this license and shall have no greater rights than any other
licensee of the commercial computer software or commercial software
documentation.
Red-M Limited Warranty
Red-M warrants that under normal use and conditions the products listed
below will for the appropriate duration after the date of original purchase
from Red-M listed below (each a "Warranty Period") be free from defects
in materials and workmanship as follows:

Software Media (if any) 90 days
THE SOFTWARE (OTHER THAN SOFTWARE MEDIA, IF ANY) IS PROVIDED
"AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY.
If you believe that you have discovered any covered defect during the
applicable Warranty Period, please contact your local authorized reseller
or distributor or, if they are unable to help you or you obtained the
product directly from Red-M, please contact your local Red-M office
directly. If Red-M, or the authorized reseller or distributor, instructs you
to return the product please return any Hardware together with the
accompanying Software media (including all copies of the Software) (or
just the Software media if no Hardware was supplied) freight prepaid to
either the authorized reseller or distributor from which it was purchased,
or to Red-M, as instructed. Please note you may also be asked to provide
written documentation of your purchase.
CUSTOMER REMEDIES:
Red-M's and its licensors', suppliers', resellers'
and distributors' entire liability to you, and your exclusive remedy will be,
at Red-M's option: (i) repair or replacement of the Software media or
Hardware that does not meet the Red-M Warranty, or (ii) return of the
price paid. All media and Hardware which is replaced will become the
property of Red-M. Replacement products may be new or reconditioned.
Red-M will have no responsibility, warranty or other obligations
whatsoever as a result of: (a) the use of the Hardware, Software media
and/or Software in a manner inconsistent with the accompanying
manuals and this Agreement, or (b) any modifications made to the
Hardware or Software, or (c) failure of the Hardware, Software media or
Software as a result of accident, abuse or misapplication, or (d) use of
Hardware and Software with products not readily commercially available
on the date of the original purchase. Red-M and its authorized
distributors or resellers are not responsible for any software, firmware,
information or data contained in, or stored on, any returned items.
