Agreement
IMPORTANT: THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND RED-M.
BY INSTALLING, COPYING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE
PRODUCT (AS DEFINED BELOW), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE
TERMS OF THE "RED-M USER LICENSE AND LIMITED WARRANTY
AGREEMENT " BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS
AGREEMENT, RED-M ARE UNWILLING TO LICENSE THE SOFTWARE
PRODUCT TO YOU. IN SUCH EVENT, YOU MAY NOT USE OR COPY THE
SOFTWARE PRODUCT, AND YOU SHOULD PROMPTLY RETURN THE
UNUSED PRODUCT EITHER TO RED-M OR AN AUTHORIZED RESELLER
FOR A REFUND.
THE "SOFTWARE PRODUCT" INCLUDES COMPUTER HARDWARE AND
SOFTWARE, EMBEDDED FIRMWARE, THE ASSOCIATED MEDIA, ANY
PRINTED MATERIALS, AND ANY "ONLINE" OR ELECTRONIC
DOCUMENTATION.
RED-M User License and Limited Warranty Agreement
This Red-M User License and Limited Warranty Agreement, as modified
by the "Additional License Provisions" set forth below or in the
documentation accompanying this product (collectively, the
"Agreement
"), grants you the right to use the Red-M hardware enclosed
in this package (if any) (the "Hardware
") and a non-exclusive license to
use the Red-M software described below (the "Software
"), under the
terms and conditions below. You agree that all other hardware
subsequently supplied to you by Red-M or Red-M's authorized agents,
distributors or resellers will be subject to the terms, conditions, limited
warranties and remedies of this Agreement, unless you are bound by
terms of a different Red-M agreement distributed with such hardware.
Red-M License
The Software licensed by this Agreement includes all the software on any
distribution media supplied to you within this package (and includes any
software accompanying, pre-programmed or pre-loaded within any
Hardware supplied). You agree that all other software and upgrades,
enhancements or improvements to any of the Software subsequently
supplied to you by Red-M or Red-M's authorized agents, distributors or
resellers on any distribution media or via any form of electronic
distribution will be subject to the terms, conditions, limited warranties
and remedies of this Agreement, unless you are bound by terms of a
different Red-M license distributed with such software, upgrades,
enhancements or improvements. The Software is owned by Red-M or its
licensors and is protected by United States and other country copyright
laws and by international treaty provisions.
Red-M or its licensors retain ownership of the Software and no rights are
granted to you other than a license to use the Software on the terms
expressly set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement imposes certain
restrictions on your use of the Software.
