DNPpointwillgenerat eevents.IncaseaDNPpointgenerate sevents(Object2BinaryChangeEvents)thenitshouldbe
associatedtoaclass(Class1,Class2or
Class3),otherwiseitshouldbeassociatedtoNone.BydefaultallDNPPoints
don’tgenerateevents,thisfeatureshouldbemodifiedbytheuser.
DefaultObject33‐FrozenChangeEvent:ThisfieldisactivatedonbothLevels2and2+.It’susedtodetermineifa

events.IncaseaDNPpointgeneratesevents(Object2BinaryChangeEvents)thenitshouldbe
associatedtoaclass(Class1,Class2orClass3),otherwiseitshouldbeassociatedtoNone.BydefaultallDNPPoints
don’tgenerateevents,thisfeatureshouldbemodifiedbytheuser.
Exception
DeadBandandClassAssignmentTable:TheExceptiontableprovidesyouwiththeabilitytodefineReg/
IndexrangesthatareneededtobeconfigureddifferentthanDefaultDeadBandandClassAssignments.
Example:IftheHighestRegisterAddressissetto10andReg/Index2,4,6‐7areneededtobesetfordifferentDeadBandand
ClassAssignmentsthanDefault,thenthefinalresultforall10registerswouldbeasfollows:
• Reg/Index0‐1,3,5and8‐10wi llbe
settoDefaultDeadBandandClassAssignments.
• Reg/Index2,4and6‐7willbesettoExceptionDeadBandandClassAssignments.
Note:TheStartingReg/IndexandEndingReg/IndexofExceptiontableentriesforasingleReg/IndexsuchasReg/Index2and
4inaboveexamplehastobethesame

of1000ormore.ThisAnalogInputdeadbandcanbesettoanyvaluebetween0to32767(generateaneventwhenthe
valuechangesby32767).
