specifiesthePeerIPaddressandifsetto0.0.0.0anyremoteIPcansendUDPpacketstoourpeerport,andreturn
packetswillbesentbacktotheIPof
thelasthostthatsentamessage.Packetscannotbesentuntiloneisreceived
first(tolearntheremotepeer’sIP).IfsettoaspecificIP,thenpacketswillbesenttothisIPonly.Therecommended
settingforthisfieldis“0.0.0.0”toallowanyIPto
sendpacketstothepeerimportnumber.
