Steam Clean

(All purpose, deep cleaning, free-rinsing)

A special formulation of surfactants and cleaners provide the most effective and versatile steam

cleaning product available. Use for cleaning and degreasing painted surfaces, metals, concrete,

chrome, rubber and glass. Steam solubilizes, emulsiﬁ es and penetrates grease, dirt and oil, so it

can be easily ﬂ ushed off the surface being cleaned. This special formula prevents clogging of coils

and is very effective on aluminum, steel and other metal surfaces. Leaves no scale or residue.

Instructions:

Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for the steam cleaning equipment. For steam cleaners

that feed directly into the coils, use (1) quart of Steam Clean per (20) gallons of water. Steam cleaners

that premix cleaner with water before going through the coils use (1) gallon of Steam Clean for (20)

gallons of water.

Proper ﬂ ow is determined by the sudsing action at the nozzle. If too much cleaner is added to the

solution, adjust the ﬂ ow to the point where sudsing just begins at the spray nozzle. Although normally

used in steam cleaning machines, Steam Clean may also be used as a soak solution. Use 6-10 oz.

per gallon of warm or hot water.

NOTE: Steam Clean may be used on glass and aluminum. However, it should not be allowed to dry directly on these surfaces.

Rinse thoroughly with clear water immediately after cleaning.

Steam Clean HD

™

(All purpose, deep cleaning, free-rinsing)

An extremely powerful steam cleaner, containing special cleaners and surfactants that plate out

on the surface to remove dirt and grease. Powerful enough to clean 5th wheels. A concentrated

emulsiﬁ er dissolves greasy, oily and waxy soils and deodorizes as it cleans. Through emulsiﬁ cation,

soils are removed from surfaces and suspended through the cleaning solution. Redeposition of

soils is minimized, enabling quick and complete rinsing. For use on all surfaces.

Instructions:

This is a concentrate and must be diluted prior to use. Dilution ratios will vary depending upon the

degree and nature of the soil and should be adjusted as experience dictates. For trucks, buses or

airplanes, use (1) part concentrate (20-40) parts water. The solution may be applied by brushing,

wiping or spraying. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clear water. Do not allow solution to dry on

surface.

NOTE: Steam Clean HD should not be used on aluminum, glass or painted surfaces.

All surfaces should be rinsed immediately after use with clear water.
