N-Zyme Drain Maintenance
(Liquid waste digester)
This liquid waste digester prevents blocked drains by biologically degrading organic wastes,
grease, fats, oil cellulose, protein and starch residues. Contains no acids or caustics to
damage drains or interfere with septic tanks, ponds and lagoons. The bacterial culture
establishes colonies which remain in the system and reactivate each time waste is introduced.

Instructions:
Stir before initial use. For best results, treat waste systems at night or during the lowest use period.
Just before adding, fl ush sinks, drains or other areas of entry with warm water to remove any residue,
disinfectants, bleach or other harsh chemicals that may harm bacterial cultures.
Grease Traps: When possible, clean out grease trap prior to beginning of treatment. Add 1 to 3 oz.
per cubic foot of trap capacity. Use drain close to trap. To maintain, add 2 to 3 oz. each night.
Drain Lines: Use 1 to 3 oz. per drain, diluted with warm water. Pour into sinks, fl oor drains, garbage
disposals, toilets and urinals once a week.
Septic Tanks, Dump Stations: For slow systems, use 1 pint (16 oz.) for each 500 gallons of capacity.
Mix into 2 gallons of warm water and fl ush through toilet furthest from tank. To maintain, apply 1 quart
per month or as needed.
Sludge Lagoons and Ponds: During fi rst 3 to 7 days, add 1/2 gallon daily for each million gallons of
wastewater. To maintain, add 1 quart weekly at inlet ditch.
Setting Tanks: Add 1 quart for each 1,000 cu. ft. (8,000 gals.) capacity. Add weekly for 4 weeks.
To maintain, add 1 quart per 1,000 cu. ft. per month.
Recreational Vehicles, Boats, Portable Toilets: Add 8 oz. for each 5 gallons of holding tank capacity.
NOTE: Disinfectants, chlorinated products and extra-hot water (over 160
o
F) will kill off some of the live bacteria. Always store below 120
o
F.
Avoid storing in car trunk in summer time.

Lift-Out Lift Station Degreaser
(Water insoluble, grease dissolving, biodegradable)
This powerful and effi cient emulsifying agent liquifi es animal fats and garbage grease in lift
stations, greasetraps and drain lines for maximum performance. It maintains facilities in top
operating condition while eliminating odors, overfl owing and unsanitary conditions resulting
from poor draining caused by slime and grease. Harmless to most plumbing.

Instructions*:
Lift Stations: To add a one inch cap on liftstation, pour in four times the diameter (in feet) as the
number of gallons. For rectangular lift stations, multiply the length times the width (in feet) by .625.
Use this as the number of gallons.
Drain Cleaner: To open drains clogged by grease and slime, pour in 8 oz. (1/2 pint). Allow to stand
for 1 hour. Flush with hot tap water. In garbage disposals, allow to stand 5-10 minutes. Flush with hot
tap water. Do not use in plastic pipes.
Drain and Grease Trap Maintenance: Pour in a solution of 8 oz. per gallon of water. Allow to stand
1 hour. Flush with hot tap water.
Sewage Plants, Septic Tanks, Drainfi elds, etc.: Add (1) quart of product to (1000) gallons of
capacity or dispense through a drip device as required for maximum odor control.
