(23548) – Can Not Install Integration Modules under the VoyenceControl
4.1 API in VoyenceControl version 4.1.0
When installing the Integration Modules on VoyenceControl version 4.1.0, you must install the
Integration Modules to the default API version of 4.0 and
NOT the API 4.1 version.
For example, at the following: Please enter the version of the VoyenceControl API you would
like to use.
Accept the Default : 4.0 (for the 4.0 API version - API Version-DEFAULT: 40.)
Note: This
does impact the SNMP, Mail, and Flatfile Integration Modules. This does not impact
the Smarts Integration Modules.
