Without the single sign-on function enabled, user authentication for SOAP messages will not
function.
If the system property “java.security.auth.login.config” has been specified at JavaVM launch time,
the login configuration file specified in the system property takes precedence.
Setting User Authentication Information
Use the Web Service Configuration Edit Tool in a server system environment to enable user
authentication and authorization on the basis of the user name and password appended to each SOAP
message.
The Web Service Configuration Edit Tool, when launched, displays a window like the one shown below.
A remote call server application window is give here as an example.
