Setting User Authentication for SOAP Messages
15-5
Business Server Environment Setup
The server system that implements a Web service to execute user authentication for SOAP messages
must have the following single sign-on functions of the business server configured:
Acquiring the Service ID file
JAAS (Java (TM) Authentication and Authorization Service) setting
For details about how to get a service ID file, refer to “Getting a service ID file” in “Setting Up an
Application Runtime Environment” of "Developing Java Applications" in the “Developing Applications”
section of the Single Sign-on Guide.
To use the functionality of JAAS, information on the authentication server and the service ID file must
have been set in the login configuration file, which is stored in the following location:
C:\Interstage\F3FMsoap\conf\issoaplogin.conf
If the multi-system function is not used or the default system is used
/opt/FJSVsoap/conf/issoaplogin.conf
If a sytem with an extended multi-system function is used
/opt/FJSVsoap/MI/system-name/conf/issoapiogin.conf
/opt/FJSVsoap/conf/issoaplogin.conf
For a definition of each item of the login configuration file, refer to “Creating a login configuration file” in
“Setting Up an Application Runtime Environment” in the “Developing Java Applications” section of the
Single Sign-on Guide.
For information on using server authentication or a proxy in SSL communication to gain access to the
authentication server at single sign-on, refer to “Running Applications” in the “Developing Java
Applications” section of the Single Sign-on Guide.
