Relations between Certificate Environment and Application
Operation
Applications can operate or cannot operate depending on the combination of the following factors:
• Whether the environment is an old certificate environment (an environment configured with the
soapSetSecurity or soapMngSecurity command) or an Interstage certificate environment.
• Whether the SSL definition name (property value) is specified or not.
• Whether the use of the high reliability Web service function (high reliability function) or the use of
SSL encrypted communication is specified.
The table below gives a summary of application operations in the various scenarios:
