Configuring the Interstage Certificate Environment
with CSR
This section describes how to configure the Interstage certificate environment using a CSR (Certificate
Signing Request).
Create an Interstage certificate environment using the following steps:
1. Configure the Interstage certificate environment and create a CSR (Certificate Signing Request).
2. Request a certificate.
3. Register the certificates and CRLs.
Note that you need to set up the environment to use the certificate after configuring the Interstage
certificate environment. For more details refer to Configuring Certificate Settings.
Refer to the Reference Manual (Command Edition) for details of the commands used later in this section.
Note
• Execute commands as a user with Administrators authority.
• Execute commands as a super user.
• Before execution, set the environment variable JAVA_HOME to the installation path for JDK or JRE.
