The sapdll.srvc service file must be configured as follows. This file must be located
under SAP Install_dir/SAP/ITS/2.0/ADM/services .

NOTE The parameter ~properties_file is not a standard SAP service file
parameter.This parameter should beaddedtothe sapdll servicefile
because the PAS DLL requires this file to know which Sun ONE
