Troubleshooting Tips
If the integration fails, look for debugging clues from the log files for Login
Server and the policy agent for Apache Web Server 1.3.29, and possibly those
for Sun ONE Identity Server.
If you suspect that communication between the agent and Sun ONE Identity
Server is problematic, replace the custom agent configuration file with the
defaultversion of thefile,whichprotects all the elementsontheprotected port.
You can then verify whether the port is working.
