Migrating from Pramati Server 3.0 to
Pramati Server 4.1
Pramati Server 4.1 provides a number of new features and enhanced functionality. There
have been many changes in the internal architecture with respect to Pramati Server 3.0.
Specifically, configuration of the Server has been improved and it provides various
configuration files for configuring certain Server features.
However, the deployment of applications has not changed much. In this chapter, we will
discuss the following areas that will help in migrating from Server version 3.0 to 4.1:

Starting the Servers
The following sections list the difference in the procedure to start various Server for versions
3.0 and 4.1.
