one!of!the!active!Ethernet!adapters!on!the!host!computer.!
The!choice!of!which!adapter!it!uses!is!arbitrary.!VMware!recommends!that!you!let!
VMware!Server
!choose!an!available!physical!network!adapter!for!bridging,!as!it!
provides!fault!tolerance.!If!a!network!adapter!becomes!unavailable!(for!example,!
if!it!is!unplugged!or!removed!from!the!host),!the!network!bridge!automatically!
switches!to!another!network!adapter!on!the!host.
You!can!restrict!the!range!of!choices!by!using
!options!on!the!Automatic!Bridging!
tab.
