Non-English Operating Systems and Databases
Non-English operating systems and databases (such as a Chinese-language version of Oracle),
are considered compatible with Blackboard Learn.
Oracle RAC
Blackboard offers support for RAC with all versions of Oracle supported by Blackboard.
