• If your installation contains a Remedy resource, you must place Remedy API libraries in
the directory where the Gateway is installed. These libraries can be found on the Remedy
server.
• Report configurations are not preserved when upgrading from 7.1 to 7.1 Update 1. Please
save the report configuration objects prior to upgrading. (ID-17363)
