• When executing Load From Resource , and the resource supports
ACCOUNT_CASE_INSENSITIVE_IDS , if the user's accountId differs in case from the accountId
stored in Identity Manager’s
ResourceInfo user object, a second ResourceInfo will be
added to the user object with the accountId in the same case as reported by the resource.
Workaround: Ensure that the accountId in the Identity Manager
ResourceInfo object in the
user object is the same case as that reported by the resource. (ID-17377)
