 SEAL CHECK VACUUM must remain below
6 in Hg. More vacuum can inhibit the transfer
of heat away from the housing.
 Camera Fan. Set the Epic camera fan to ‘Adaptive’.
SETTINGS  SETUP  SYSTEM  FAN CONTROL.
This setting allows the EPIC camera to maintain a calibrated sensor temperature for
optimal image quality. Refer to page 74 in the DSMC Operations Guide (Revision
F).
Do not block any ventilation openings or obstruct cooling fan airflow. The intake is in
the front just below the lens and the exhaust is on the top of the camera.
Keep the vacuum on DEEP DRAGON below 6 in Hg.
