Epic Camera Preparation
 Camera Settings. Prior to preparing the camera for setup, check the following
settings are made. Firmware version shown is 4.0.1. Note that other firmware
releases may be different.
 GPIO. The SYNC and CTRL ports must be set for proper interface to DEEP
EPIC. At this writing for the current firmware release, the ports are set as
follows:
Sync Mode: SETTINGS  SETUP  GPIO/SYNC  SYNC  Set Sensor
Sync mode to ‘Off”
Brain GPIO: SETTINGS  SETUP  GPIO/SYNC BRAIN GPIO  Set
Camera Input, Brain GPI in High, Brain GPI in Low and Camera Output to the
setting shown.
