• There is a manual adjustment that can be used to adjust the Ct
threshold value by eye. Touch the red circle and slide it up and
down to adjust the threshold, the value is shown in the menu bar
on the right of the screen.

• When looking at a Melt there is the option of looking at the
differential of the curve which helps identify the Tm more easily.
Figure 17a shows an example of a Melt in it standard form.
