• The example in Figure 12 above shows a Melt that will start at
40°C after a dwell of 5 seconds at 40°C. It will then rise to 95°C
taking 1 measurement per degree.
• The more measurements per degree greater the resolution on the
melt temperatures and the longer the experiment will take.
• Advance to the Tray Selection screen using the arrow as before.
• Select the type of xxplate to be used, see Figure 13
