• Chose the desired test plate size by touching it. xxpress has a
range of three standard test plates called xxplates, 24 well, 54
well, and 96 well. See Table 3 for the sample volumes they can
accept.
• Touch the forward arrow at the bottom right of the screen as
before once the selection is correct. (xxpress will recognise the
xxplate size so the correct selection is important.)

• Figure 7 shows the chosen xxplate with its wells and the grid they
are on.
