Water quality, as well as, the make,
model & size of tankless water

To use the Calci-Free
Tankless Flush Kit, follow these instructions:

1. Turn off power source (electricity & gas per mfg.
instructions) to the tankless water heater.
2. Shut off main water supply valve to tankless water heater.
3. Close hot and cold water isolation valves.
4. Clean cold water inlet screen of any sediment or dirt.
5. Using the Calci-Free Flush Kit Bucket, add and mix full
contents of Calci-Free™ into two gallons of water until
completely dissolved.
6. Place strainer at the bottom of the bucket and then place
pump on strainer.
7. Connect one end of dual-tted hose to pump’s discharge
connection and the other end to the cold isolation valve
on the tankless water heater.
8. Connect the second hose to the hot isolation valve on
the tankless water heater and place non-tted end of
the hose directly into the bucket.

9. Open hot and cold isolation valves.
10. Turn on pump and allow solution to circulate for 20
minutes. Follow tankless manufacturers service
manual for specic cleaning instructions.
11. After cleaning is complete, turn off pump.
12. Close cold isolation valve and remove hose from valve.
13. Remove pump from the bucket. Dispose of used
cleaning solution in accordance with local regulations.
14. Replace the end of the hose already connected to the
hot water isolation valve into bucket.
15. Open main water supply valve to tankless water heater
and allow cold water to circulate through water heater
into bucket for 5 minutes (empty bucket as needed).
16. Close hot isolation valve and remove hose.
17. Clean cold water inlet screen of any sediment or dirt.
18. Reconnect power source (electricity & gas).
