Why won’t my PC or
Mac recognize MOD
when I try to charge it
ortransferdata?
Stepstotake:
1. ChecktheportyouareusingonyourPCorMac.You must use the
USB2.0port(notakeyboardport).
2. CheckthattheUSBcableconneconisght.Unplugitandthen
plugitbackin.
3. UnplugMODfromyourPCorMac,turnthepowero,waitafew
seconds, and then turn the power on. Then try plugging the USB
cableinagain.
