Warranty

Any RECON products that are found to be defective in either material or craftsmanship will be covered
under our Warranty as stated below. Lighting items that require electrical 12-volt power during
operation are covered for a period of 90 days following the original purchase date. All warranty claims
must be accompanied by a completed RECON Warranty Return Authorization Sheet (found at the
bottom of the "DOWNLOADS" section of our website) & the original proof of purchase (a customers first
& last name along with their order # must be legible on the proof of purchase documentation). To
initiate this process, this information must be sent via email to [e-mail].
If any RECON product proves to be defective within the warranty period, at our discretion we will repair
it or replace it with the same or similar product at no cost to you. To obtain warranty service, either
return the defective product to an authorized RECON dealer where the product was purchased or (if the
order was placed directly with RECON Accessories) send the defective product along with a completed
RECON Warranty Return Authorization Sheet (freight/shipping costs must be prepaid) to:

This limited warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper installation, road hazard,
accident, racing, misuse, alteration or normal wear and tear. This limited warranty does not cover
vehicles used in racing or competition or vehicles with settings other than those set forth in the original
manufacturer’s specifications.
THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES unless otherwise provided
by law. ALL APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE
DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY, unless otherwise provided by law.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Please
check with your local state laws for specifics.
