PARTS LIST Your 4-Tier Wire Shelving Rack w/Wheels should include the following parts. Please inspect box contents to ensure you have received all components. If you are missing any parts, need assistance with assembly or have questions, please contact our Customer Service. Parts can also be requested online at our website. You will need no additional tools for assembly.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1: Stationary Option Screw each FEET LEVELER (G) into the bottom of each BOTTOM POLE (A). Turn clockwise to screw in place. A (4) F (4) G (4) A (4) D (8) STEP 1: Mobile Option Screw each CASTER (F) into the bottom of each BOTTOM POLE (A). Turn clockwise to screw in place. Make sure the Locking Casters are on the same side. Use the provided caster wrench to tighten completely. Failure to do as instructed could result in the caster stem breaking.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 3: INSTALLING BOTTOM SHELF Place SHELF (C) on its side and slide the (4) BOTTOM POLES (A) through the holes in the SHELF (C). Make sure that the SHELF (C) corner cylinders are positioned over the SLIP SLEEVES (D). C (1) Stand the unit upright. *Note: The level side of the SHELF (C) is the TOP side (the logo on the corner cylinders should be right-side up.) **Use a rubber mallet, if needed, to secure the SHELF (C).
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 5: INSTALLING TOP POLES Screw the TOP POLE (B) into the BOTTOM POLE (A). The tops of these poles are indicated by the BLACK END CAP. B (4) STEP 6: INSTALLING SHELVES On POLE (A+B), place 1 pair of SLIP SLEEVES (D) at the desired distance between SHELVES (C). Please make sure the arrow faces up and that the word “TOP” is right side up. Do this for each POLE (A+B), and make sure that the heights are identical for each POLE (A+B).
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 7: INSTALLING BACKSTANDS Center the BACKSTAND (E) along the back of the SHELF (C). Insert the bent foot of one end of the BACKSTAND (E) and anchor on the inside of the back wire of the SHELF (C). Once the bent foot is inside the back wire, pull BACKSTAND (E) out, away from the Rack until the straight foot locks on the outside of the back wire. Repeat for the 2 other BACKSTAND (E) anchors.
WARNINGS 1. Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions may result in injury and/or damage. 2. Use the provided caster wrench to tighten casters completely. Failure to do as instructed could result in the caster stem breaking thereby causing the shelving rack to collapse. 3. The warnings, cautions, and instructions discussed in this manual cannot cover all possible conditions or situations that may occur.
