2.1. UWB PHY

This chip integrates the WiMedia PHY and MAC defined by the standard.

This version of chip is packaged in 64-pin QFN form factor. The chip requires

1.5V, 1.32V and 3.3V to operate. High speed USB interface is supported.

2.2. SPI Flash

This chip is a serial flash memory with a capacity of 4Mb. It is used by the

MAC to store the initialization data and command sequence required by the

MAC and PHY on start up. This chip requires 3.3V only.
