Lock your Chromebook
Lock your Chromebook to a desk, table, or other fixtures through a compatible security cable lock.

Use the fingerprint reader (for selected models)
If your computer comes with a fingerprint reader, you can use the fingerprint reader to enroll your
fingerprints. After enrollment, you can tap your finger on the fingerprint reader to log in to Chrome.
Enroll your fingerprints
1. Click the settings icon in the system tray.
2. Select People ᇆScreen lock and sign-in.
3. Enter your password.
4. Select Set up and then click Add Fingerprint.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the enrollment.
