EPA TSCA Inventory:
Substances Control Act (TSCA) Inventory List or exempt.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL: Store in cool, dry area away from heat or open flame. Do Not
Puncture or Incinerate! If empty: Place in trash or offer for recycling if available. If partly
filled: Call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions.
This chemical is a pesticide product registered by the Environmental Protection Agency
and is subjected to certain labeling requirements under the federal pesticide law. These
requirements differ from the classification criteria and hazard information required for
safety data sheets, and for workplace labels of non-pesticide chemicals. Following is the
hazard information as required on the pesticide label:
CAUTION: Users should wash hands with plenty of soap and water before eating,
drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet. Users should remove clothing
immediately if pesticide gets inside. Have the product container with you when calling a
Poison Control Center or doctor, or going for treatment.
PHYSICAL or CHEMICAL HAZARDS: Contents under pressure. Do not use or store near
heat or open flame. Do not puncture or incinerate container. Exposure to temperatures
above 130°F may cause bursting.
