Assembly Instructions
Chicken
Remove oxygen absorber prior to preparation.
1. Bring ¾ cup of water to a boil. 2. Add contents from 1 pouch into boiling water and stir.
2. Turn o heat, cover and let stand for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
3. Uncover and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes.
Southwest Style Chicken
Remove oxygen absorber prior to preparation.
1. Bring ¾ cup of water to a boil. 2. Add contents from 1 pouch into boiling water and stir.
2. Turn o heat, cover and let stand for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
3. Uncover and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes.
Strogano Beef
Remove oxygen absorber prior to preparation.
1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. 2. Add contents from 1 pouch into boiling water and stir.
2. Turn o heat, cover and let stand for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
3. Uncover and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes.
Teriyaki Style Chicken
Remove oxygen absorber prior to preparation.

2. Add 1 cup of rice from pouch into boiling water and stir.
3. Turn o heat, cover and let stand for 5 to 7 minutes stirring occasionally.
4. Uncover and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes.
Rice with Meat
Remove oxygen absorber prior to preparation.
1. Bring 1 ¼ cups of water to a boil.
2. Stir in protein pack and one cup of rice.
3. Turn o heat, cover and let stand for 12 minutes stirring occasionally.
4. Uncover and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes.
