STEP 2: Enter the
PBX IP Address
for CallCenterWorX to connect to. This should be the same IP address you
entered as part of the “Programming the PBX” instructions. Under Chapter 4, Heading 3,
“Programming ACD/OAI Operation Codes,” using “CMD 7 Y=9,” you entered a four-octet code
(four 3-digit numbers separated by periods). Enter that same code here and click
Next
