7. Connecting Wall Display Boards
Connections from the computer running CallCenterWorX MIS to the Spectrum Wall Display Board may vary
according to the specific model of board. Instructions should be obtained from Spectrum Corporation
regarding the model you are installing.
• The computer must be configured to output data to the board through a COM Port.
• Wall boards may be used in a “chained” series following connection specifications from Spectrum
Corporation.
