The following commands are listed under the File menu:
•
Save
confirms the entry of information.
•
Print
sends the current information to the designated printer.
•
Print Preview
displays an example of what the print output will look like.
•
Print Setup
allows you to choose the printer destination, the paper size and source, the number of copies,
and the printer properties such as orientation, graphic resolution, and layout.
•
Grid Print Setup
evokes display of the Report Layout Grid (see Chapter 10, Figure 10-21). This grid
permits formatting of report data margins, titles, grid lines, page order, and centering axis. The grid allows
you to save this setting for future printouts of the report.
•
System Shutdown
is the command by which you exit CallCenterWorX MIS.
