The
icons
on the Data Report Screen shown in Figure 7-12 offer quick ways to:
• Save the data to a text file.
• Save the data to a Microsoft Excel file.
• Export the data to a Microsoft Access database.
• Change the font style and size used in the report.
• View a Print Preview of the report.
• Send the report to a printer.
Data Reports which are too wide for the whole report to fit on the screen will appear with a horizontal scroll bar
across the bottom, allowing you to move across the columns. You can also adjust the viewing position of a report
by selecting the title bar with the mouse and dragging the report to bring the desired columns into view.
The
columns
in a Data Report screen (shown in Figure 7-12) can be resized or rearranged by using the mouse
to drag the column headings.
